What started as a small Hinton butcher shop in 1955 has grown into Alberta’s largest independent food retailer, with 16 stores proudly serving communities across the province.
Our Butcher Shop remains at the heart of what we do. Every cut of beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb and bison is always from Alberta, reflecting our deep-rooted commitment to local ranchers and farmers. Our customers enjoy the freshest, most flavourful meats—straight from Alberta’s fields to our counters.

This year, we’re especially proud to highlight our fresh, in-store made hand crafted sausages. Made daily by our butchers using Alberta meats and simple, honest ingredients, these sausages are a customer favourite—perfect for grilling, roasting, or adding to your favourite recipes.
