Don't Miss It: Rotaract River Days

River Days is an opportunity to gather and celebrate all the Peace Region has to offer.

“From engaging with local businesses and non-profits, to meeting old friends and making new ones, it reminds us all why we’re proud to call Peace River home,” said Event Organizer Rylee Labbe. “We’re not a huge town, but this event proves we can pull off something big when we all show up for each other.”

Organizing venues, permits, entertainment, food vendors and marketing—it takes many volunteer hours to make River Days a reality.

“The community makes this event so special. The local businesses and organizations who partner to make River Days an event to remember—they are the real MVPs,” said Labbe.

People can look forward to attending the Plaid Parade, welcoming the World Jet Boat Racers and riding the mechanical bull at the block party on Friday evening.

“This event will be bigger and better than last year’s, and we can’t wait to see all the smiling faces gather in downtown Peace River,” said Labbe.
