In need of assistance? If you are a resident of Northern Sunrise County or the Village of Nampa in need of a helping hand this Christmas season or know someone who needs help, visit or call your local Nampa/Northern Sunrise County Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) office to nominate others or to find out how you can benefit from our confidential Christmas Gift Card Program.

County Calendar Contest
Northern Sunrise County is looking for high-quality photos to be showcased in the 2024 Northern Sunrise County Community Calendar. If you have photos taken within the County or the Village of Nampa, please submit your photos to Amber Houle at ahoule@northernsunrise.net no later than September 8 at 3pm. Maximum of 4 photos per person. Photos received for the contest will be featured on the Northern Sunrise County Facebook page for voting on September 8 until September 22. Reporting Suspicious and Criminal Activity
The Town of Grimshaw encourages all members of the public to report any and all suspicious or criminal activity directly to the local Peace Regional RCMP Detachment. Call no matter how small it may be. Residents may feel they do not want to bother the RCMP for smaller crimes; however, all reported crime is used to determine the overall crime rates and the amount of police resources required. For emergencies, call 9-11, and for non-emergencies, call 780-624-6677. We are the eyes and ears of our community, and we each have an important role to play in a safe community.
