Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library comes to Peace River

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library has launched at the Peace River Municipal Library. To kick off the program’s launch, the library hosted a celebration on October 4 with story time, sensory bins, literacy activities and refreshments.

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library provides free books every month to children from birth to five years old. In collaboration with local community partners, enrolled children receive a high quality, age-appropriate book in the mail free of charge.

This program is made possible through support of the Rotary Club of Peace River and the Friends of the Peace River Library Society.
