In December, The Peace River Art Club (PRAC) announced it has received $8,230 in grant funding from the Northwestern Alberta Foundation.

“This funding ensures the ART HUB can continue to grow as a vibrant cultural and business centre for the Peace River region,” said Dianne Ireland, PRAC President.

The funding will support the continued operation of the arts business coordinator position at the ART HUB.

The arts business coordinator plays a vital role fostering successful collaboration with local businesses and community groups through strategic communications, promotions and marketing efforts.

The grants include $4,805 from the Bryden Sparks Arts Family Fund and $3,425 from the Beattie Family Fund.
