Dixonville Rural Academy Approved

On December 15, 2025, it was announced that the Dixonville Rural Academy had been officially approved as Alberta’s newest charter school.
With the approval secured, Dixonville Rural Academy is moving toward the next phase—opening its doors for the 2026-2027 school year.
Over the next months, families can expect updates on enrollment, staffing, programming and transportation.
The Dixonville Charter School Society celebrates this achievement and expresses gratitude to the parents, volunteers, community members, leaders and neighbours who worked together toward this effort.
