County of Northern Lights Online GIS Mapping Portal Now Available

County of Northern Lights has launched a GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Public Web map portal that allows residents, businesses and organizations to access public County property and mapping information.

The informational layers displayed on the GIS Public Web map include Council electoral districts; truckfill, landfill, and waste transfer station locations; road bans; land uses and more.

Additionally, users will be able to measure distances, perimeters, and areas by drawing directly on the map using the measure tool; use the print tool to export the features on the map in PDF format; view aerial mapping and more.
